What we provide¶
Kwilo sells to two kinds of customer from one platform.
- Institutions. Engineering colleges, degree colleges, universities and corporate training teams are the primary market. K-12 schools and PU colleges are supported too. They buy Campus, Classroom and Compliance, sales-led, with a demo.
- Individuals. Learners preparing for school exams, JEE and NEET, and parents helping them. They sign up on their own and use Learner on a free tier, then upgrade to Pro.
For institutions¶
The pitch on kwilo.ai is one line per product: Run your college. Teach on it. Stay compliance-ready.
Campus: run the institution¶
Enquiry to admission, the student record, fee collection with receipts, attendance by session (including face attendance on mobile), timetables and exam operations, staff, leave, payroll, library and helpdesk. Every ERP module can be switched on per institution, so a college can start with fees and attendance and add the rest later.
Classroom: teach and assess¶
Courses and a reusable lesson library, a knowledge base the AI reads from, assignments with eight question types, and AI-assisted grading. The headline capability is marking scanned handwritten answer sheets question by question against the educator's rubric. The educator signs off every final mark.
Compliance: keep the evidence¶
Consent records, exam integrity trails, content moderation and the statutory identity of each institution, captured as the work happens. Outcome mapping (CO-PO for NBA) and accreditation report packs are rolling out in phases. We don't claim software wins an accreditation. People and evidence do that.
One record underneath¶
All three products read and write the same data. Attendance marked in Classroom is the attendance Campus reports on and the evidence Compliance shows a reviewer. Nobody types it twice.
For individuals¶
Learner¶
A chat tutor that grounds answers in the learner's own notes, a Practice Hub that ranks JEE and NEET chapters by how often the exam asks them and how weak the learner is, a Study Plan that turns a syllabus into lessons with quizzes, and a native Android app.
Pricing is two plans: Free and Pro at ₹399 a month or ₹3,990 a year.
