Compliance¶
Compliance keeps an institution's evidence ready as the work happens, so nobody rebuilds the file the week before a visit. It covers the frameworks Indian colleges answer to: NAAC, NBA and the DPDP Act 2023.
We don't claim software wins an accreditation. The reviewing body decides, based on the institution's evidence and people. Kwilo keeps the record straight.

Version one is built for an org admin or unit manager. Outcome mapping also serves faculty and programme coordinators directly.
Compliance features¶
Each compliance regime is a feature of its own, because institutions answer to different bodies. Outcome-based education (OBE) is the first. A Kwilo platform admin grants a feature to an organisation from Organizations › Compliance features, and the institution type sets the default:

Inside an organisation that has the feature, an org admin can turn it off for the organisation and a unit manager can pause it for their institution. Neither can switch it on where Kwilo hasn't.
How it works¶
- Staff do their normal work in Campus and Classroom, and Kwilo records it.
- A readiness view shows what's missing.
- Every number traces back to its source records.
- Export in the format the framework asks for.
