Staff and operations

HR and leave

The staff roster and leave. Every staff account can reach its own leave balance and apply for leave without a grant. HR managers see the team's leave inbox and roster under Operations → Staff and HR.

Teaching staff in HR are the pool that invigilator duty and ID cards draw from.

Payroll

Payroll managers run payroll under Operations → Payroll. Every employee sees their own payslips in My Records → My Payslips, including payroll managers.

Library

The catalogue and loans. Librarians use the full Library page. Other staff and learners see their own loans in My Library.

Helpdesk

Internal support tickets within the institution.

My Records

A staff member's own pages sit in one sidebar group regardless of which modules the institution has switched on: My Leaves, My Payslips, My Library. A page appears only when its module is entitled.
