Institutional learner experience¶
Institutional learners (learner role) get context from their enrolment, so there's no onboarding wizard.
Home¶
Learners land on /learn, the same guided home B2C learners use: a greeting and four intent tiles. Each tile opens a short picker (subject, then topic) before the chat opens, so the tutor starts with context.
| Intent | What happens |
|---|---|
| Get help with a problem | Chat primed for a specific problem |
| Understand a topic | Chat primed to explain |
| Practice for a test | Practice questions |
| Revise weak topics | Revision on weaker areas |
AI tutor¶
Learner modes: explain, practice, clear doubts, revision, exam prep. After each answer, follow-up chips offer Simplify, Explain more, Show example and Try a question.
Institutional learners can't attach files in chat. Trainers and B2C users can.
Courses and lessons¶
Course cards show progress. Lessons render the trainer's content, and Mark complete moves the learner on with previous and next navigation.
Assignments, exams and attendance¶
- Assignments at
/assignments, with the Upcoming tab and results. See Assignments and grading. - Physical exam answer sheet upload at
/my-exams. - Attendance at
/attendance.
Guardians¶
Guardians get a read-only view of their child's courses, assignments and attendance, plus fees and consent through the Campus portal.
